Just completed a aem cas disc swap and the on line directions leave a lot to be desired. When they tell you to use a hammer and punch to separate bearings and other parts they must have had the loosest cas around. I destroyed one trying there steps. I used a vice on the second one and was able to separate parts but still was a scary thing to do. Haven't tried it on the car yet. Got to install ECU and CAS but hope for success.
